Bible Camp 2015

This year for Bible Camp our theme was "Blast to the Past".  We started off every day traveling back in time in the "time machine" we installed in the sanctuary.  It's a little hard to see in the first picture, so I included one with better lighting underneath it, but P is about to enter the time machine.

Once everyone was back in Biblical times, we lived up to our theme and had a blast every day.  There were Bible stories, special art projects, games, animals, and all kinds of other fun.  I am so glad our church put in the time and energy to pull off another full day camp.  I will never be able to adequately express my gratitude for all of the love that was shown in our week of fun together.  What an amazing church community!

fun at the library, edition two

As you can see from the pictures Daddy A took at the Library Explorers club, P enjoys the library too!

The Thursday night of Bible Camp {more on that later} Kieran had a sleepover with P.  Jess wasn't quite ready for a night away from home {especially in a foreign country}, but she did come over and have a late night play date with C.  Before Pastor Sarah took her home, C asked Pastor Sarah if she would read his Brave books to him "because you sound like Merida".  C is still talking about it - now I wish I had recorded it so he could listen to it repeatedly.  I guess the Ross family will need to visit the states again!
