This spring, P ventured into the world of baseball, joining his first tball team. He had a great coach who was focused on the kids all having fun and being active, and was also extremely patient with all of the kids.
P actually came straight from his dance recital dress rehearsal to the game, and changed into his uniform at the ball field. He went after the ball like crazy when his team was in the field, and when it was time for him to bat, he took a few warm up swings.
He headed out to the plate for a few tips from his coach.
P lined up for his swing, and knocked the ball off of the tee!
As a mom, I also couldn't help but be excited when the teams lined up to high five one another... good sportsmanship starts early, people!
P has enjoyed dance, soccer, swimming, and tball so far... when the time comes for him to narrow down his interests, he's going to face a challenge!
