Thanksgiving 2014

Better late than never, right?  Grandma Hen and Granddad Rooster came to celebrate "Thanksmas" with us again this year.  As you can see, Daddy A was festively adorned by the time his parents arrived.  :)

C put his kindergarten writing skills to work and made place cards for everyone at the dinner table.

We had quite a feast!

I know this picture is blurry, but I wanted to document P's decision to eat turkey this year.  He's not much of a meat eater, and it's rare for him to attack any dinner with this much gusto!

P and C each got to open one Christmas present after Thanksgiving dinner.  C loved his new Daniel Tiger hut.

P received a set of books he had been hoping he would have a chance to read.  I'm pretty sure he had two of them finished before he went back to school on Monday.

Most exciting of all, we had a great weekend visiting with family!
