skeleton cookies

This fall was a bit rough on our family.  Daddy A spent a couple of months feeling crummy, and we finally figured out that one thing that would help was a change in diet... so, we became a Paleo family!  Right before Halloween, the boys wanted to make cookies with a skeleton cookie cutter, so I searched for a recipe and we made these chocolate cookies with coconut cream icing.  Even my picky eater enjoyed them!
